The ANA is proud to welcome Oscar Magaña as our new Administrator. Oscar is Mexican but was raised in California and fully bilingual. He is studying law and has successfully run his own company doing immigration and other permits mostly for ex-pats, so his background and experience will come in handy.
“I’m very excited and humbled to be taking on the responsibilities of this new and important position,” Magaña stated. “I hope my legal background and experience in dealing with government agencies will add to the accomplishments of the ANA. I love Puerto Vallarta and it’s a great chance to help make this important neighborhood a leading example for others in PV.”
The administrator is our full time employee representing the 20 buildings and almost 350 members of the Association in government relations, financial and membership administration, and member communications. He reports to the Board of Directors.
We wish ANA’s outgoing Administrator Jae Palsce good luck as she embarks on her summer travels, and look forward to welcoming her back to ANA in the fall to help lead on areas like Responsible Development and Infrastructure. She has done a wonderful job as Administrator and has helped us triple in size, and built extensive relationships with government contacts, setting up a strong foundation for Oscar to build upon.
