Become a Member of ANA
As a member of the Amapas Neighborhood Association (ANA), you’ll enjoy:
- A vote and a voice at ANA’s Annual Meeting
- Access to our Neighborhood Watch WhatsApp group, which directly connects you to local authorities for rapid non-emergency support
- Invitations to ANA events
- Access to basic office support (scanning and printing of documents, basic Spanish/English translation needs)
- An ANA membership card, which provides discounts at participating businesses and restaurants

Membership Options:
ANA offers three membership types to suit your needs:
Individual (Resident) Membership:
Join as an individual resident and pay your annual dues
$2,600 pesos
through January 31. Dues increase February 1 to $2,700 for the 2026 calendar year
Full Building (Resident) Membership
For Condominium HOAs that join at a reduced per-resident rate:
$2,400 pesos
for the 2026 calendar year
HOA administrators can contact our administrator to coordinate memberships
Business Membership
Local businesses interested in joining our Business Member program can contact our Membership Director to schedule a meeting and enroll in one of the three tiers our program offers.
